In early December, Inspired by Somerset Development proudly celebrated the groundbreaking of LIDO Asbury Park, joined by our esteemed partners Corcoran Sunshine, Clodagh Design, Minno & Wasko Architects, and Melillo Bauer Carmen.

We were honored to welcome Asbury Park Mayor John Moor, to participate in the ceremony, marking the official start of construction on LIDO’s collection of resort‑inspired residences designed for effortless, year‑round seaside living.

Site work began at the end of 2025, preparing the property for 
the first major phase of construction: pile driving.

• Over 1500 piles will be installed over the next 4 to 6 weeks, establishing the deep, durable structural support required 
for oceanfront construction.
• Once pile installation is complete, the team will seamlessly transition into the next phase: foundation construction, laying the important groundwork in which LIDO Asbury Park will rise along the coast.

As one of the most highly anticipated waterfront residential offerings on the Jersey Shore, LIDO Asbury Park is now officially under construction.  Each milestone brings us closer to unveiling a new standard of coastal luxury.
